The Banks executive team includes:
Richard I. Ganulin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Pacific Enterprise Bancorp and its' Bank, has over a 40 year career in banking. Mr. Ganulin is responsible for the strategic planning, finance and the credit operations functions for the Bank. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from UCLA in 1967 and in 1971 obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to becoming a banker, Mr. Ganulin played professional baseball with the California Angels. Mr. Ganulin is the Chairman of the UCLA Baseball 10th Player support group, and coaches youth baseball in the Irvine Pony League.
Brian J. Halle, President for both Pacific Enterprise Bancorp and its' Bank, has over 15 years of banking experience. Mr. Halle is responsible for the lending, marketing and operations functions for the Bank. Mr. Halle completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado. He obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Halle earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University in Irvine.
Jo Anne Painter, EVP/Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for both Pacific Enterprise Bancorp and its' Bank, has over 30 years of banking experience. Mrs. Painter has been involved in the organization and opening of two denovo banks. Mrs. Painter is responsible for the finance, accounting, information technology, and human resource functions for the Bank. Mrs. Painter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accounting from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She earned a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Russell Smith, EVP/Chief Credit Officer for Pacific Enterprise Bank has over 30 years of banking experience. Mr. Smith is responsible for the credit administration functions for the Bank. Mr. Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Cal State University Northridge. He earned a Masters degree in Finance from Cal State University Northridge and a Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles.
